success. All Customer Care Representatives have been trained through
Help Desk 2000 and Microsoft CRM support sessions.
All support tickets are logged and tracked. This ensures that your
issues are being handled in a timely
and professional manner. We provide
daily updates to our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ's)
to ensure that our customers are given the most accurate information that
is up to date. We also give our customers the ability to view their help
ticket status.
The Customer Care Team is committed to making your company a success by
providing you with easy access to knowledge, tools and techniques about
our products via our Customer Care Center.
Our normal business hours are 7AM - 4PM Monday - Friday Pacific Daylight
